Functional feature
Double pulse spot welding: discharge the welded object twice continuously with different energy. The pulse energy is adjustable and the cycle is adjustable. The first pulse removes the dirt on the solder surface and makes the electrode better align with the base surface. The second pulse welds the base material, so the welding is firm and beautiful, with less spatter and safe operation.
Programmable: microcomputer control, LED digital display, two pulse energy adjustable (0-999), two pulse wave number adjustable (0-8); The pressurization and pressure holding time is adjustable (0.02 - 0.50 seconds). Ten welding procedures can be saved for ten welding conditions. It is easy to operate and can save the adjustment time.
Multiple fault protection: the high-power circuit and control circuit of the welding machine are equipped with two sets of different types of protection circuits to prevent equipment overheating, external high voltage and power fluctuation from interfering with the welding machine; To protect the butt welding machine from damage in harsh environment. There is a prompt function for some common faults. If the butt welding machine is overheated and damaged, it will automatically alarm and cut off the power supply at the same time, so as to prevent further deterioration of the fault and remind repair.
Precision welding head design: the combination of cylinder and spring buffer is adopted, so that the pressure of two welding needles can be adjusted relatively during welding. Due to the buffer effect of spring, the impact force of cylinder will not directly act on the welding joint, so as to effectively protect the welding plane.
The photoelectric control system inside the machine head can detect whether the welding needle presses the workpiece at any time. Only when the workpiece is pressed, the discharge welding can ensure the reliability of welding, significantly accelerate the welding speed and improve the production efficiency.
The pressure between the electrode and the weldment can be adjusted through the pressure adjusting handle, and different welding pressures can be adjusted for different welding pads.
The head action speed regulating valve on the side of the head makes the electrode move smoothly, reduces the stamping of the butt welding surface, reduces the indentation and less spatter, so as to make the welding more firm and the welding joint more beautiful.
Unique structure: three-dimensional electrode adjustment makes the adjustment of welding needle more convenient; Stepless lifting of worktable and hand screw locking make it more convenient to adjust the position of workpiece. Integrated design, pneumatic operation, equipped with quick connector and ordinary plug power supply, it is convenient to change the operation position.
